PTFE Mesh Conveyor Belts

PTFE mesh conveyor belt is made of fiberglass mesh or aramid(Kevlar) mesh impregnated with PTFE(Teflon). The belts combine the non-stick surface and heat resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene and with the strength and dimensional stability of Fiberglass/Kevlar.

The unique behaviour of these materials results in a product that is more practical and cost-effective than conventional belting materials which is ideal for the demands of many different industrial conveyor applications.
Main mesh size: 1mm*1mm, 2mm*2.5mm, 4mm*4mm, 8mm*8mm and 10mm*10mm
Color: Brown, Black or Beige

PTFE conveyor belts are divided into PTFE mesh conveyor belt, PTFE coated fiberglass belt, PTFE seamless belt, PTFE belt joint type and laminated PTFE conveyor belt.

Non-sticky, stains can be easily removed.

Drug resistance, non-toxic. Resistant to almost all pharmaceutical items.

Air permeability, reducing heat consumption, improving drying efficiency.

APPLICATION

The mesh belt can be used for the application of hot air and hot processing.

Drying tunnel & room of textile, printing, bleach and dyeing, fabric shrinking, non-woven cloth drying.
Drying tunnel & room of loose dryer, offset printing machine, paper greasing, UV light-curing machine, ultraviolet ray drying machine, plastic and silk drying.
Others: High wave drying, Micro-wave drying, food baking, cooking, grilling, rapid drying of flux type ink and conveyor belt in the drying room.

EDGE COVERING

PTFE Film

Use pure PTFE film with color red, black or white.

PTFE Cloth

Normally use 0.13mm PTFE cloth.

Kevlar Cloth

With very high strength but expensive material.

SELECTING THE TEFLON MESH BELT

Made according to customer’s spec.
If you do not need mesh , you can choose Teflon fabric conveyor belt ( details please refer to the Teflon fabric conveyor belt )
Bindings and joints shall be used technically, details please refer to the related illustration.
If the width of the belt is more than 2m, double weft or kevlar belt will be recommended to ensure the strength.
