Meet Jiujiang PTFE at China Composites Expo 2026 – Booth 8C40

Jiujiang PTFE Materials Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that we will participate in China Composites Expo 2026, taking place from September 1–3, 2026, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). We warmly invite customers, distributors, engineers and industry partners to meet our team at Booth 8C40.

If you use PTFE coated fiberglass materials in release, conveying, drying, heat sealing, laminating or other industrial processes, the exhibition is a convenient opportunity to discuss your requirements face to face. You can arrange a meeting in advance so our team can prepare for a more focused conversation about your application.

What Can You Discuss With Jiujiang PTFE at Booth 8C40?

Choosing a PTFE coated fiberglass product usually involves more than selecting a thickness from a catalogue. The base fabric, coating level, surface finish, dimensions and fabrication details must suit the equipment and operating conditions. At Booth 8C40, visitors can discuss how these factors relate to their production process and sourcing requirements.

Our main discussion areas will include:

  • PTFE coated fiberglass fabric: closed-weave materials used as release surfaces, liners, separator sheets and processing surfaces where non-stick behavior, dimensional stability and resistance to process heat are important.
  • PTFE open mesh conveyor belts: breathable belt constructions for drying, curing, conveying and cooling lines where airflow and product release must be considered together.
  • Adhesive-backed PTFE fabric and tape: materials for covering sealing jaws, guide surfaces, chutes and other equipment areas where a replaceable release layer may help reduce sticking.
  • PTFE heat-seal belt materials: fabricated belt solutions for packaging and sealing equipment, selected according to belt dimensions, machine configuration, joint design and working conditions.

You can also review the current PTFE coated cloth product range before the exhibition and note any product codes or constructions you would like to discuss.

Discuss Your Application, Not Just a Product Code

A useful material recommendation begins with the process. Two production lines may use products that look similar but require different constructions because of temperature cycles, surface pressure, belt tension, roller diameter, chemical exposure or the finish required on the processed part.

Release and Composite-Material Processing

For laminating, pressing, curing or other composite-material processes, tell us what contacts the PTFE surface and what result you need. Surface texture, material thickness, pressure, cleaning method and replacement interval may all affect the preferred construction. If a release sheet leaves a mark, wrinkles during heating or wears earlier than expected, describing the failure mode helps make the discussion more productive.

Conveying, Drying and Curing

For a PTFE mesh conveyor belt inquiry, belt width and endless length are only the starting point. Airflow requirement, product weight, operating speed, continuous and peak temperatures, pulley diameter, tracking method, edge reinforcement and joint type should also be reviewed. Photos or a drawing of the conveyor can help our team understand the installation.

Heat Sealing and Equipment Protection

For heat-sealing belts, tapes or protective release surfaces, useful details include heater temperature, dwell time, pressure, sealing-jaw dimensions, bond surface and the material being sealed. These details help distinguish whether the priority is flexibility, surface smoothness, mechanical durability, adhesive performance or ease of replacement.

What to Bring to Your Booth Meeting

To make your appointment at Booth 8C40 more useful, please bring or send as much of the following information as possible:

  1. Your application and the function the PTFE material must perform
  2. Continuous operating temperature, peak temperature and heating-cycle duration
  3. Required thickness, width, length, shape and dimensional tolerances
  4. Line speed, load and tension, when the product will operate as a conveyor belt
  5. Roller or pulley diameter, tracking arrangement, joint and edge requirements
  6. The resin, adhesive, film, food product or other material contacting the surface
  7. A drawing, photo, used sample or current supplier specification, if available
  8. Required quantity, delivery destination and any document or test-report requirements

Even if some parameters are not yet known, a short description of the current problem—such as sticking, marking, shrinkage, tracking difficulty or short service life—gives us a practical place to begin.
